Perfarya provides premium fragrances and related products globally. Customers must be 18+ or have guardian permission to make purchases.

3. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Paystack.
Perfarya does not store or access your card number or sensitive payment details.

4. Orders

Orders begin processing immediately after successful payment confirmation.
Cancellation after this stage is not guaranteed.

Perfarya reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse.

5. Shipping

Delivery times vary by region.
Once an order has shipped, refunds cannot be processed until the product arrives at the customer’s address AND is returned to Perfarya.

Perfarya is not responsible for customs delays or courier issues.

6. Customer Responsibility for Returns

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, including:

Customs fees
Duties/Tariffs
Handling fees

Perfarya will not reimburse these costs.

7. Non-Refundable Charges

Intact
