Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to enjoy your purchase. However, if you need a refund or return, the following conditions apply:

1. Eligibility for Refund

A product may be eligible for a refund only if:

  • It is unused and intact
  • It is returned in its original packaging
  • Perfarya confirms the product was not damaged by the customer
  • The return is requested within our stated timeframe

2. Customer Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for shipping the item back, including the cost of return shipping.

3. Refund Timing

If the product has already been shipped, refunds cannot be issued until the item arrives at its destination and is returned to Perfarya for inspection.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

The following charges cannot be refunded under any circumstances:

  • Shipping fees
  • Taxes
  • Payment processing fees
  • Any service charges associated with the order

5. Quality Issues

Perfarya is not responsible for quality issues that are not directly caused by Perfarya (e.g., manufacturer variations, scents, or packaging not damaged by us).

6. Policy Changes
