1. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be approved only if:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • It is returned in its original packaging
  • Perfarya verifies it was not damaged after delivery
  • The request is made within the stated return period

2. Customer Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the item is safely returned.

3. Refund Process & Timing

If an order has been shipped, refunds will only be processed after the item is received and inspected by Perfarya.

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a request, please contact us.

Once the returned item has been received and approved, customers will receive their refund within 40 days.

4. Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges cannot be refunded under any circumstances:

  • Shipping fees
  • Taxes
  • Payment processing fees
  • Any associated service charges

5. Quality Assurance

At Perfarya, we are committed to delivering lasting brilliance, quality, and confidence. If an item shows a verified defect within the first 1–3 months of normal use, we take responsibility.

This does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.
